Marlyn has successfully led many large-scale strategic programs and projects. She has strengthened IT project delivery projects through coaching and mentoring members of team. She has the ability to manage outside vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions within budget for all projects. She is driven to achieve results and exceed expectations to ensure the sustained success of an organization. Marlyn also has extensive expertise in helping churches and educational institutions with organizational development, streamlining processes, and team development.
Christof Llorens – Director of IT Operations & Sr. Consultant
Christof is an experienced professional with significant expertise in Information Technology Consulting, Program and Project Management, Team Management, Change Management, Vendor Management, Server and Network Configuration/Management.
As the Director of IT Operations, Christof has a proven track record of delivering timely results and building strong business partner relationships whether he was a project manager or program manager. Charged with the creation of strategic IT operation initiatives that align with mission, culture, and long-term goals, Christof has proven success in optimizing the footprint of a company, supporting global information technology applications, and navigating multiple global cultures. He also provides infrastructure planning and collects metrics/KPIs for stakeholder reviews as a means to facilitate change.
His primary focus is IT and Business Client Relationship Management, Process Improvement, Enterprise Wide Solutions, Help Desk Management in Public and Private Sectors and Government environments.
